- MERIGAR WEST: The European Gar of the Dzogchen Community is Merigar West, situated on the slopes of Monte Amiata in Tuscany, Italy. Merigar - which means "the Gar of the Fire Mountain" - was founded in 1981 and was the first centre of the Dzogchen Community. It consists of a farmhouse where there are a number of restored or newly constructed buildings, all of which respect the traditional Tuscan surroundings: offices, refectory, library and a room for the Vajra Dance mandala, but also a Gompa and a Stupa.
- SHANG SHUNG INSTITUTE AUSTRIA: The Shang Shung Institute Austria was founded in 2000 and many important activities were undertaken: we organized for the first time in Austria a three years training in the Tibetan massage Ku Nye, organized the first tournament of the Tibetan game Bagchen, and initiated and organized for the first time the International Training for Translators from Tibetan.

- NAMGYALGAR: The Dzogchen Community retreat center in Australia. Namgyalgar is situated on the Princes Highway, near Tilba Tilba, on the New South Wales South Coast. It lies on the slopes of Gulaga Mountain overlooking Wallaga Lake, and is located close to pristine beaches and national parks. It is approx. 370 km from Sydney and 630 km from Melbourne.
- SHANG-SHUNG INSTITUTE OF AMERICA: Founded at Tsegyalgar in 1994 by Chogyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche, the primary mission of the Shang Shung Institute in America is to preserve Tibetan cultural knowledge and to foster interest in Tibetan Arts, Culture, History, Philosophy and Religion.
